1 - Interpretation and Definitions
1.1 - Interpretation
Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under these Terms. Definitions apply in singular and plural forms.
1.2 - Definitions • Account – A unique account created to access our Service. • Affiliate – Entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control with a party (50%+ ownership). • Application – The software program provided by Dualspace downloaded on any device. • Buyer – Users placing Orders for property bookings. • Country – United States. • Company – Dualspace, 12214 N Bridgegate Way, Highland UT 84003, EIN 83-3278899. • Content – Text, images, or other information posted, uploaded, or shared by You. • Certificate of Insurance (COI) – Documentation showing coverage for property damage and bodily injury naming the Host as additional insured. • Device – Any device that can access the Service. • Feedback – Suggestions or innovations submitted regarding the Service. • Good – Properties, studios, or other locations offered for rental. • Operator – Dualspace. • Order – Request to book a property through the Service. • Seller – Hosts listing properties for booking. • Service – The Application, Website, or both. • Terms of Service – This document governing your use of the Service. • Third-party Social Media Service – Any third-party content or services linked through the Service. • Website – Dualspace, accessible at www.dualspace.co. • You – The individual or company accessing the Service.

3 - Acknowledgment
By accessing or using Dualspace, You agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You represent that you meet the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

The laws of the United States govern these Terms. For EU users, mandatory provisions of local law apply.

5 - User Accounts • Account Creation: Provide accurate, complete, and current information. • Account Password: Protect your password and notify Dualspace of any breaches. • Account Termination: Dualspace may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

6 - SMS Messaging Terms By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Dualspace related to your account, bookings, reservation updates, and customer support communications.
Message Frequency
- Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with the Dualspace platform, such as booking confirmations, scheduling updates, and account notifications.
Message and Data Rates
- Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and service plan. Dualspace is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile provider.
Opt-Out Instructions
- You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from Dualspace at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed and you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Privacy and Data Use
- Dualspace respects your privacy. Your phone number and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. SMS messages are used solely to facilitate platform-related communications. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

7 - Content • Users are responsible for all content they post. • Content must not be unlawful, offensive, or infringing. • Dualspace may remove or edit content at its discretion. • Backup of content is the user’s responsibility.

8 - Orders / Bookings
8.1 - Role of Dualspace
Dualspace is a facilitator between Buyers and Hosts and is not a party to the booking agreement.
8.2 - Buyer Access to Property
Buyers are authorized to bring necessary personnel, sub-contractors, agents, and production equipment to the property for the booked reservation period.
8.3 - Buyer Information
Buyers must provide accurate contact and payment details.
8.4 - Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies
Dualspace and Hosts may experience delays or inaccuracies in listing updates; availability and pricing may change without notice.
8.5 - Prices and Payments • Hosts may revise prices prior to accepting an Order. • Payments processed through Dualspace must be authorized by the Buyer’s payment provider. • Service fees apply as displayed during booking and may change at Dualspace’s discretion.
8.6 - Full Reservation Period Billing
The Buyer is responsible for the full reserved time frame. Early completion of a production does not reduce the booking fee.

9 - Cancellations
9.1 - Buyer Cancellation Policy • 8+ Days Before Reservation: Full refund of booking amount and service fees. • 7 Days or Fewer: 50% refund of booking amount; service fees non-refundable. • No-Show: No refund.
9.2 - Seller Cancellation • Full refund to Buyer including service fees. • Dualspace may penalize or suspend Hosts for repeated cancellations.
9.3 - Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure due to events outside reasonable control (natural disasters, government orders, public health emergencies, civil unrest, etc.). Refunds or rescheduling may be offered at Dualspace’s discretion.
9.4 - Dualspace Cancellation Rights
Dualspace may refuse or cancel orders for safety, fraud, legal compliance, or policy violations.

10 - Scout Visits • Scouts booked in 30-minute increments at Host’s hourly rate. • Fees must be paid in advance and are subject to cancellation policy.

11 - Off-Platform Communication • All booking-related communication must occur through Dualspace. • Direct communication is allowed only to coordinate confirmed bookings. • Future bookings originating from connections made on Dualspace must also use the platform. • Violations may result in warnings, limited account functionality, or suspension.

12 - Property Access, Condition, Damage & Responsibility
12.1 - Condition and Access
Buyers acknowledge property is privately owned. Hosts grant access for the scheduled production period, including authorized crew and equipment.
12.2 - Responsibility for Damage
Buyers are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, crew, contractors, vendors, talent, guests, or equipment. Buyers agree to promptly reimburse Hosts for verified damages.
12.3 - Equipment Load-In/Out and Alterations
Buyers are responsible for damage during load-in, setup, operation, and load-out. Any changes to furniture or property must be restored exactly to original condition.
12.4 - Certificate of Insurance (COI) Requirement
For professional production activity, Buyers must provide a valid COI naming the Host as additional insured. Bookings may be suspended until provided.
12.5 - Damage Claims Process
Hosts must notify Buyer and Dualspace promptly. Dualspace may facilitate communication but is not responsible for fault determination or enforcing payment.

13 - Ownership of Produced Media • All footage and media captured on the property during the reservation belongs exclusively to the Buyer. • Hosts have no ownership rights in such media unless separately agreed in writing. • Buyers may use the media in any manner or media, including publicity and promotional purposes.

14 - Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability • AS IS: Service provided “as is” with no warranties. • Limitation of Liability: Liability limited to amount paid through Service or $100 if no purchase. • Third-Party Links: Dualspace is not responsible for third-party content.

15 - Intellectual Property • All content, features, and functionality of Dualspace are proprietary. • Feedback submitted to Dualspace grants a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it.

16 - Changes to Terms
Dualspace may update Terms at its discretion. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days prior. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
